When you have decided upon your vacation dates, please contact me
immediately to ascertain if these dates are available. To make a
definite booking you will need to send 25% of the rent, which is
required as a deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before the date of
your holiday.

Low Season (May
– November)
From US $1,225 per week (£750)
High Season (December
– April)
From US $1,500 per week (£950)
In the event of cancellation by yourselves, monies can only be returned
(less your deposit) if we are able to relet the dates. We shall make
every effort to do so.
Guests are required to
take out comprehensive Holiday Insurance, which should include cover
for unavoidable situations, especially the cancellation of flights and
holidays, and medical care.
